Artist's Comments

This is ~AutumnTornado's commission, which was a black werewolf in a crouch, snarling. It's not very "crouchy," and I wanted to try a new coloring technique (so my "flats" would at least look purdy). This is also how I see wolves "crouching" when they're not being submissive or fearful. I also drew it on colored paper, to let it have an "aged" look. ^_^

Overall, I like it. But if Emily doesn't, I'll happily re-do it for her to better define her tastes.

Yea. I figured that the "crouch" most people think of is submissive. I didn't want him to be submissive, so I gave him a slight crouch and a good, aggressive snarl. 8X
